Wordsworth 250 Concert
Cumbria Festival Chorus will join tenor soloist Paul Smy and the Festival Orchestra in performing 3 works setting words from Wordsworth’s Intimations of Immortality, The Duddon Sonnets and Influence of Natural Objects. These last two works have been specially commissioned from composers Roland Fudge and Jonathan Millican for this concert and will be world premiere performances. The concert will take place in the magnificent medieval surroundings of Kendal Parish Church.
