Reimagining Wordsworth Through Art

Join us for the launch of the Re-imagining Wordsworth collection in the picturesque medieval market town of Thaxted, with its famous Guildhall, magnificent Church and restored windmill. Thaxted is considered to be the jewel in the crown of Essex. We shall be joined each day by Thaxted resident, Anthony Wordsworth, the great, great, great grandson of William himself! Anthony will speak to guests each day at 10.30am. The Moorcroft pop-up shop will be open at 11.15am each day. Moorcroft enthusiastscan enjoy a chance to discover our new 2020 designs for the first time. Meet Maureen and Hugh Edwards, devoted owners of Moorcroft for over 30 years together with designer, Vicky Lovatt. Nearby cafes, restaurants and pubs offer a great choice for those wishing to make a day or even a weekend of it. This is a free-of-charge event. There is limited free parking at Bolford Street Hall and some free roadside parking throughout the town. RSVP for a place on the lecture to mclub@moorcroft.com or phone 01782 820510. Tickets can also be booked online at www.moorcroft.com/ticket
