‘Let Nature be your teacher’

Budding writers and outdoor adventurers will love these drop-in afternoons. Each month we have a different theme, introducing the Wordsworths and their writing before getting creative with activities and crafts. These afternoon sessions will inspire and delight children as they explore the natural world right on the Wordsworths’ doorstep. Find out what life was like aboard a Georgian ship – and just what happened if you were captured by pirates? Then go on a treasure hunt in our woodland and create your own natural world ‘treasure’ chest! Drop-in for families with children of all ages. Cost: Free
